Keep Fit
Keep Fit, usually run by Laura Gray in the hall, will now be continuing online.

You can join in on the Facebook group Eat, Move, Breathe where she will be posting Keep Fit videos three times a week. For those who don't have Facebook, she is planning to post videos on Youtube.
​
Her workouts require no weights, but if you would like to use weights she
recommends household items that can double up as weights.
​
Her workouts cater to all ages, ranging from gentle movement to more intense workout sessions.
